Agreement between you and PJD Drafting Services Ltd

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of products/services from PJD Drafting Services Ltd (Company No: 09251890), registered in England and Wales with registered office at 18 Tate Road, London, E16 2HJ.
We provide architectural drafting services and sell professional equipment. All descriptions and specifications are approximate and for guidance only.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices for architectural services are quoted individually based on project requirements.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Payment must be received before we begin work on architectural services or dispatch goods. We do not store your payment card details.
Equipment orders over £30 qualify for free UK delivery. Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. Architectural services delivery times are specified in your quote.
Unused equipment may be returned within 14 days for a full refund (minus delivery costs). Custom architectural work is non-refundable once work has commenced. See our Returns Policy for full details.
All architectural drawings, plans and designs created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, copyright transfers to you for the specific project use.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services or products shall be limited to the price paid for those services or products.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
