This Delivery & Returns Policy explains how we deliver products purchased from PJD Drafting Services Ltd ("we", "our", "us") through our website https://pjddraftingltd.online. This policy is governed by English law and complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2.1 Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a second email confirming dispatch of your order.
2.2 Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving your order and payment. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed on the next working day.
2.3 Working Days
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding English public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently do not offer international delivery. Our delivery services are limited to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
4.1 Address Requirements
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including postcode. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
4.2 Business vs Residential Addresses
We deliver to both business and residential addresses. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location and accessibility of the address.
4.3 Safe Place Delivery
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier may leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour, at their discretion. You can specify delivery instructions during checkout.

All delivery times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we strive to meet these timeframes, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
5.2 Late Deliveries
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if we fail to deliver your order within 30 days of the order date, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If your order is significantly delayed but you still wish to receive it, we will keep you informed of the revised delivery date.
5.3 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange redelivery. If you do not collect or arrange redelivery within the timeframe specified by the courier (usually 7-14 days), your package may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be liable for additional delivery charges for redelivery.
6.1 Transfer of Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for the goods from the time of delivery onwards.
6.2 Transfer of Title
Title to the goods remains with us until we have received full payment for the goods, including all delivery charges. Once full payment has been received, title passes to you.
7.1 Upon Receipt
When you receive your delivery, please check the package immediately for any signs of damage or tampering. If the package appears damaged, please do not accept delivery or note the damage on the delivery note before signing.
7.2 Reporting Damage or Shortages
If you discover that your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@pjddraftingltd.online or calling +44 7474 780206. Please provide photographs of any damage and retain all packaging materials for inspection by the courier.
8.1 Digital Deliverables
For architectural drafting services, deliverables are provided digitally via email or secure file transfer. Delivery times are specified in your project quote and agreement.
8.2 Physical Deliverables
If your architectural service includes physical deliverables (e.g., printed plans), these will be delivered according to the delivery options outlined in Section 3 above.
9.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Returns Policy.
9.2 Changes to Delivery Address
Changes to delivery address can only be made before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
If your package is reported as lost by the courier, we will investigate and, if confirmed lost, either resend your order or provide a full refund at your option. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen after successful delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
11.1 Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for goods purchased online within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period".

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email, or telephone). You can use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

11.3 Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
11.4 Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
11.5 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty. Goods are considered faulty if they:

12.4 Proof of Postage
We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
13.1 Inspection
Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them within 5 working days. For faulty goods, we may need additional time for testing or assessment.
13.2 Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
13.3 Refund Delays
Please note that it may take 3-5 working days for refunds to appear in your account after we have processed them, depending on your bank or card issuer.
This Delivery & Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under English law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
